This insta-goth package is truly an experience of surprises.Raw materials are combined with finished screen prints to create a unique tactile experience that the user can embrace. When the five-sided lid is removed the sides slowly fall revealing the product and a mural of sorts. As the consumer begins to remove items more of the collage is revealed. All pieces are modular and can be used for storage or art. The exterior box uses geometric based imagery through a net pattern and linear band. However, the interior pentagon structure reveals a monochromatic grotesque collage meant to surprise and entertain the consumer. It appropriates traditional goth imagery, of skulls, spiderwebs, while also inspired by fish netting and goth makeup supplies.
